Projekti Foodnected, i zbatuar n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi nga Qendra p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen dhe Studimin e Shpend\u00ebve (CZIP) dhe Shoqata Dr. Martin Schneider-Jacoby (MSJA), n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me partner\u00ebt Slow Food, Global Footprint Network, GOB Menorca, Low Impact Fishers of Europe, Aleance for Mediterranean Nature and Culture dhe Yolda. Projekti Foodnected u mb\u00ebshtet nga Fondacioni MAVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foodnected udh\u00ebhiqet nga vizioni i lidhjes s\u00eb prodhuesve dhe konsumator\u00ebve p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb Komuniteti t\u00eb Praktik\u00ebs bazuar n\u00eb vlerat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta. Duke shkurtuar distanc\u00ebn midis prodhuesve dhe konsumator\u00ebve dhe duke zhvilluar nj\u00eb kod etik t\u00eb vlerave ekologjike dhe sociale p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e prodhimit dhe konsumit t\u00eb ushqimit, projekti adreson mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e sistemit mbizot\u00ebrues t\u00eb tregut dhe kthen situat\u00ebn e padrejt\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebrballen prodhuesit e vegj\u00ebl. Foodnected synon t\u00eb leht\u00ebsoj\u00eb shfaqjen e sistemeve ushqimore me zinxhir t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn dhe njer\u00ebzit - si konsumator\u00ebt ashtu edhe prodhuesit e vegj\u00ebl q\u00eb varen prej tyre p\u00ebr jetes\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ulqini ka kushte t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera p\u00ebr tregtimin e produkteve bujq\u00ebsore dhe tradicionale dhe vet\u00ebqeverisja lokale m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb duhet t\u00eb fokusohet n\u00eb krijimin e kushteve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e prodhimit vendor. Si pilot projekt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi u zgjodh Ulqini dhe s\u00eb bashku me partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb nga Qendra p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen dhe Studimin e Shpendve t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi \u2013 CZIP, zhvilluam disa aktivitete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pas disa pun\u00ebtorive t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera dhe nj\u00eb vizite studimore pes\u00eb-ditore n\u00eb Torino, ku u takuam me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e projektit Foodnected, pat\u00ebm mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb prezantonim komunitetin ton\u00eb n\u00eb Terra Madre \"Salone del gusto\" \/ Parco Dora, n\u00eb Torino, nga 22-26. Shtator 2022, me mbi 600 ekspozues dhe nj\u00eb seri seminaresh, konferencash dhe degustimesh q\u00eb treguan se si mund ta rigjenerojm\u00eb planetin ton\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ushqimit. Nj\u00eb nga aktivitetet p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvillimi i nj\u00eb Plani strategjik dhe veprimi p\u00ebr zbatimin e sistemeve ushqimore t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb ndershme n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ulqinit 2023-2025, si dhe nj\u00eb Udh\u00ebzues: Propozimi p\u00ebr ruajtjen e prodhimeve autoktone dhe re\u00e7etave nga rajoni i Ulqinit Ark of Taste\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
